In 2001, I founded my own photography studio in Vienna, specializing in food, still life, and nature photography. Since then, I have worked for renowned national and international clients, photographed numerous books, and published many photo series in magazines.

Nature is my studio and my place of observation. I am not interested in spectacular landscapes, but rather in small, quiet encounters: a leaf against the light, a blossom, mist over a meadow, or the reflection of the sky on a water surface. It is precisely in the inconspicuous that I discover the beauty that often eludes us in everyday life.

Light is the foundation of my work. Plants need light to grow – photography needs light to even exist. This connection forms the conceptual foundation of my images. I am fascinated by how light changes forms, creates atmosphere, and directs perception. Over time, I became interested not only in the image itself, but also in the question of what happens when it becomes part of a space. How does art change a space – and how does a space change the people within it? I am convinced that my images create atmosphere, establish identity, and create places where people can arrive, breathe deeply, and feel at ease.

My nature portraits combine art with architecture, interiors, and spatial effects. They are deliberately minimalist, free from visual overload, and designed to create a calm and timeless atmosphere.
