Returns & right of withdrawal
Every artwork by Flourish – Framed Nature® is made specifically for you. Before production we advise you personally on size and material and help you choose the subject that suits your space. Because your artwork is produced individually for you on this basis, it constitutes a custom-made item within the meaning of § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for custom-made items. Returns or exchanges without giving reasons are therefore generally not possible.
Exception: damage in transit
The only exception to this rule is damage demonstrably caused during transport. In that case the following applies:
Report the damage to us within 3 days of receiving the goods at flourish@sonjapriller.com, quoting your order number.
Include meaningful photos documenting the damage and – where possible – the packaging, so that it is clearly recognisable that the damage occurred in transit.
Once we have reviewed the documentation we will offer you, depending on what is possible, a free replacement or repair of the artwork, or a full refund of the purchase price including the original shipping costs.
Unfortunately we cannot consider reports received after the 3-day deadline or without sufficient photo documentation.
This provision concerns the right of withdrawal in distance contracts only; your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected (see Terms of Service § 7).
