Shipping to Austria & Germany
We ship to Austria and Germany only. Shipping is free of charge in both countries.
Because every artwork is made individually for you after your order, production usually takes 7–8 days before your parcel is dispatched. As soon as your artwork is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification. We ship with Austrian Post.
From the day of dispatch, delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days within Austria and approximately 1–2 working days to Germany.
Shipping outside Austria and Germany
At present we ship to Austria and Germany only. For enquiries from other countries, please contact me directly at mail@sonjapriller.com or by phone at +43 699 19420170 – I will gladly prepare an individual quote.
Reporting damage
Your order is packed and checked with care. Even so, please inspect the shipment immediately on delivery for completeness and damage. If anything is not in order, please contact mail@sonjapriller.com or +43 699 19420170, always quoting your order number.
If anything is damaged, we require photos of the damaged goods and of the outer packaging within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot consider later claims or damage reports without photo documentation.
